What is the Result Based Program about?
The Result-Based Program is a pilot initiative designed for patients who are committed to consistent treatment and meaningful progress.
Instead of the traditional pay-per-session model, this program focuses on achieving clear clinical goals within an agreed timeframe. If those goals are not met, we will provide one additional month of treatment at no extra charge (subject to terms).
This approach allows us to prioritise effective care and better outcomes, rather than the number of sessions delivered. It reflects our commitment to working with patients in a transparent, results-focused way.
As we refine this pilot, our aim is to create a model that better aligns the interests of both patients and clinicians — with results at the centre.
What does the standard appointment entail?
The standard appointment is about 50 minutes in length, it allows sufficient time for our therapist to conduct a thorough assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and provide take-home advices for our clients. There will also be time for you to ask questions regarding your concerns in order to maximize therapy effect.
How much does treatment (e.g. shockwave therapy, acupuncture) cost?
We adopt a one-fee policy where the session fee is inclusive of any treatment we may use during the session. There will be no extra cost for shockwave therapy, acupuncture, or other treatment modalities. We will only charge the session fee.
Can I claim my Physiotherapy expenses from my insurance?
The outcome will depend on your insurance policies; therefore, we recommend consulting with your insurer. We are happy to provide receipts with the necessary information for reimbursement, if required.
